5 Ways To Attract More Customers
Remember back to getting your first customers? It may have been a relief when they first walked through the door. However, for you to grow or even stay in business, you need to constantly be acquiring new customers.
Terms of Service
General
This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Crotty Services d/b/a “Crotty Services” (“COMPANY,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Crotty Services. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to request services or submit information through the Site. If you request services for a business, property, or vehicle that you do not own, you represent that you have authority to request services and accept these Terms on the owner’s behalf.
Locksmith Services and Service Requests
Crotty Services provides locksmith and related services (“Services”), which may include residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith work, lockouts, rekeying, lock changes, hardware installation, key cutting, and key or fob programming.
Submitting a form, calling, texting, or messaging us is a request for Services. It is not a guarantee of availability, ETA, or completion. We may accept, decline, reschedule, or stop a job at any time due to safety, legal compliance, technician availability, inability to verify authorization, or if the job conditions differ from what you described.
Authorization and Proof of Right to Access
You agree to provide reasonable proof that you are authorized to request Services for the property, vehicle, safe, or access-controlled space. Examples include:
● Government-issued photo ID
● Proof of ownership, lease, occupancy, or written permission for the address
● Vehicle registration, title, insurance, or other documentation
● Written authorization from the owner, property manager, or employer
If you cannot provide proof of authorization, we may refuse service. You agree you will not request Services for unlawful entry, unlawful access, or any illegal activity. We may contact law enforcement or cooperate with legal requests when required.
Scheduling, Arrival Times, and Site Conditions
Any stated arrival time or arrival window is an estimate. Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, prior service calls, emergency calls, or other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate job details, correct location information, and a safe working environment. We may pause or stop work if conditions are unsafe, if a situation escalates, if a third party interferes, or if access to the work area is not available.
Service Limitations and Risk Acknowledgment
Locksmith work involves mechanical and electronic systems that may be worn, damaged, corroded, modified, or previously repaired. You understand and agree that:
● Some services may require non-destructive or destructive methods based on the situation
● Some locks, ignitions, or security systems may require replacement parts or additional labor to complete the job
● Key cutting and programming depend on manufacturer systems, vehicle condition, compatibility, and prior modifications
● Pre-existing issues, aftermarket parts, and electrical problems may impact results
We will use reasonable care and commercially reasonable methods. You agree that outcomes can vary based on the condition and design of the hardware or system involved.
Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate, quote, or range is a good-faith estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after inspection and based on actual conditions, parts required, labor required, and system complexity.
If additional work is required beyond what was originally described, we will communicate that to you and seek your approval before proceeding when practical.
Payments and Invoices
We take payment in person and through invoices. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of Services or by the due date stated on the invoice.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the approved payment method for Services rendered, including any approved adjustments for additional labor or parts.
Nonpayment and Collections
If you fail to pay an invoice when due, we may suspend future Services until the balance is paid. Where permitted by law, you agree to pay reasonable costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.
Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible at (717) 543-4190 or info@crottyservices.com. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows if disclosed to you before dispatch or before service is scheduled or confirmed.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific Service provided and the circumstances of the job. Completed labor is generally non-refundable. Parts, special-order items, and custom-cut or programmed keys may be non-refundable except where required by law or where a supplier accepts a return.
